4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback necessary for project execution. This includes access credentials, technical requirements, approvals, and content where applicable. Delays caused by missing information or late approvals may affect timelines and delivery schedules.
5. Payments and Pricing
Tami Labs works on a custom-quote basis. Pricing is determined by project scope, complexity, timeline, and required support level. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- quotes are valid for a limited period;
- work starts only after written acceptance and any agreed upfront payment;
- additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote;
- late payments may pause ongoing work until outstanding amounts are settled.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final project deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment of all applicable fees. Tami Labs retains ownership of pre-existing materials, reusable frameworks, generic know-how, and third-party components subject to their own licenses. Tami Labs may reference completed work in a portfolio unless confidentiality terms explicitly prohibit it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tami Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Total liability in connection with a specific project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that project segment giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer
Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. While Tami Labs applies industry-standard care, no absolute guarantee is made that deliverables will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business objective without further iteration, maintenance, or client-side operational controls.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement in writing if the other party materially breaches agreed terms and does not remedy the breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of completed work and approved work in progress up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law. Any disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer or jurisdictional rules provide otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
Tami Labs may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
